it take so long for processing items?

I order iPhone 7 plus online in 9.9 which was the preorder date and now it have been 17days pass and when I check my order status it still shows "Processing items"

My ETA is Oct,4-10. only 8 days from now but I still can find any shipping information

I talked to apple online specialist once and call apple ask their specialist. Both of them are telling me my order is absolutely fine.

The reason I become anxious is because some of my friends we order the same day in 9.9 has already got their new iPhone .

I understand that it might take times for jet black, but I just can't stop thinking about it hope it can be shipped ASAP

The jet black phones are in high demand, and it will take a while. When your device is ready to ship, you will receive an email update with shipping information. I wouldn't start worrying about your order until October 10th, if you have not received any information about it. That is your projected delivery date. Be patient and wait for the projection and you should receive an update prior to that date.

Your friends did not order a jet black? Measuring your order against theirs is irrelevant. You will get a shipping notice when your phone actually ships and you will most likely receive it between the ETA date of Oct 4-10. If there are any changes you will be notified.

You will have to learn to be patient....
